Return & Exchange

Return & exchange must be done within seven (07) working days starting from the day the products are delivered.

Return & exchange your order for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Requirements for return & exchange are as follows:

    1. Proof of purchase (official receipt).
    2. The products must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.
  • You opened the product received, read manual, assembled & turn on the product. The product does not work, or there is faulty sign, etc. “Death on Arrival”
  • Requirements for return & exchange are as follows:

    1. Proof of purchase (official receipt).
    2. Returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, roller, filter, etc.)
  • Non-returnable:
    1. Used: All Electrical and Kitchen Appliances & Home Appliances.
    2. Consumables: Filters. Rollers, Brushes, etc. cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
    3. Display unit and clearance stocks are strictly non-refundable. Make complete inspection on the item before purchasing. It will be sold on “as is, where is” basis.
    4. Personal care products.
    5. Item that has been purchased for more than 07 days.
    6. Product was purchased for someone else.
    7. No defects. Change of mind due to reasons such as, wrong colour, size, model or specification, or any other reason.
    8. Fail to fulfil the obligation to make payment on time.

Our Customer Service Team will verify the return reason, and arrange a free reverse pick-up.

Inspection by qualified Technical personnel within seven (07) working days starting from the day we received your returned product. An email confirmation will be sent once returned item is received.

If our Technician confirmed the product / machine is faulty, a replacement will be made within seven (07) working days & it will be delivered to address registered in the system during the purchased was made.

If your return & exchange is not valid, and the item is still under warranty, our Technician will inspect the product. We will do our best to repair the faulty or defective product / machine within 07 to 14 working days, subject to parts availability.

You can walk in to our Customer Care Centre & Authorized Centres to pick – up the repaired product, or request for delivery to address registered in the system during the purchased was made. One – way delivery charge for sending of repaired product back to you will be charged.

Refund: No refund will be made as we do our best always to ensure our customer is satisfied. Request will be considered on validity of claim & after careful evaluation of a particular request.

We reserve the right to any return & exchange; refund. Unfit or unreasonable reason will be rejected.
